We do not prepare food from four legged animals because we ourselves do not eat them...
Many have asked, „If you’re an animal friendly company, then why do we only exclude four legged animals and not all?”. The vegetarian diet speaks for itself. I tried. Unfortunately with a gluten sensitivity I would have been left with just vegetables. I decided to make a compromise for a long term solution. Leaving out red meat ingredients has a positive impact on our environment. Also, this way, we are doing our small part in having a positive impact on our surroundings.

Gm Base Food came to be as a result of Celiac disease. I didn’t know what was in store for me, and what happens from here on out.
Even with the knowlege and experience from being a chef I still needed time to adjust. The endless experimenting and resignation lead to a joyful end result.
